Yesterday morning I went to Garage Biesheuvel for a minor window repair. I was greeted politely with a delicious cup of coffee and given a nice spot to work while I waited. Two weeks ago, a cup of soy chocolate milk had spilled into the trunk. I thought I'd cleaned it thoroughly. But no, it started to smell quite strange in my car. I couldn't get to it easily either... With the help of Raymond Biesheuvel, my trunk has been nice and clean again since yesterday, and my car smells wonderfully fresh again! Thanks, Raymond, what a great service!!

We had made an appointment to view a car and still had to wait a very long time for an employee. He didn't greet us and stayed in his office. We therefore didn't know how long it would be before he had time for us, nor what else he was doing since there were no other customers present. During the appointment, he wasn't a welcoming man either. He barely told us anything about the car, and we were treated with absolutely no respect. We didn't feel taken seriously because our trade-in car didn't meet his requirements and he offered a ridiculously low price. We then asked if we could take a test drive. The man wouldn't let us because, according to him, we "wouldn't be able to reach an agreement anyway." All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I will never return. Buy your car somewhere else, because you won't be treated fairly here! Edit: I'd like to thank the owner for his response, but I don't think he's fully understood the problem we encountered. We came to you to see what was possible and were immediately dismissed because you apparently didn't want to do business with us. We certainly didn't expect the highest price for our trade-in car, but we found the price you proposed very low. We also didn't discuss the price we would accept. It's a shame that the gentleman can't admit that the interaction was very unpleasant and apologize for it. Honesty is certainly appreciated, but not when it goes hand in hand with a nasty attitude.
