Great experience with the Middelburg branch; the Vlissingen branch shares the same DNA. Despite the crowds, I still found a spot to change a tire the same day at a great price. Fantastic!

What great service! We were on the road with our campervan and a rear light broke. We called and were able to come right away. The service was excellent, as the bulb was difficult to remove due to oxidation. A new one was installed, and we were good to go!

Very unfriendly to customers. I made an appointment days in advance for my car to be delivered in the morning and picked up at 5:15 PM. When I made the appointment, I asked if the car would actually be ready, because I needed my car. If it took longer, I'd need a loaner car. No, a loaner car wasn't necessary, because the car would definitely be ready. When I dropped off my car, I was told they were so busy they couldn't promise it would be ready by 5:15 PM. It could have been the next day or so... What??? That wasn't the agreement! "Yes, ma'am, there's nothing I can do about it." And then, very condescendingly and disrespectfully, when I told them I needed my car: "What do you expect from me?" What do I expect???? Seriously? That you keep your promises!!! Especially since I'd also been told they didn't have a loaner car for that day. What I expect is that they don't make their problem my problem. I politely told them I would go elsewhere and never return to them. That same day, my car was repaired by a different garage. That mechanic told me he would do his best to have the car ready quickly. He couldn't promise anything, but he did give me a loaner car. And voila...this man kept his promises. This mechanic respects himself and his customers. It's a shame that this isn't a given at Van Liere. I will never, ever go to Van Liere again.
