The first time I visited, the service was nice and polite. During my second visit a year later for a routine APK inspection, somebody broke the window control panel on my door. They refused to take responsibility, claiming the damage was already there, and then offered to repair it at my expense. Maybe that's because I’m not local and don’t speak Dutch. They should learn to admit mistakes and offer a fair solution, at least splitting the cost 50/50...
