As a taxi driver, I'm completely dependent on my car, so when a customer damaged my trunk, it had to be fixed quickly and efficiently. Luckily, I ended up at EV-Repair, and what a fantastic experience it was! 🚕⚡ My trunk was expertly replaced for a fair and reasonable price, and as if that wasn't enough, the manager personally polished away several scratches for free. You rarely see that these days. This is service as it should be! 👌 For Tesla drivers, I have one clear piece of advice: save yourself the long waits and hassle at the Tesla dealership and go to EV-Repair. Here you'll get fast help, clear agreements, and fair prices, with no surprises afterward. I'm extremely satisfied with the result and the customer service. I had my 2017 Tesla Model S inspected for its MOT, but the bill was hefty. After some searching, I found EV Repair in Velserbroek. After a pleasant phone call with owner Michel, I was given a free, no-obligation visit. Manager Tim took his time to look around and under the car with me. Their quote turned out to be considerably better, and I was able to get an appointment that same week. While I waited, I could work comfortably in the clean waiting area, enjoying delicious coffee and genuine conversation. This garage feels like the old, familiar neighborhood garage where you still have genuine contact with the people behind the work. Not a cumbersome and impersonal company like Tesla itself; I'd rather drive 20 minutes for honest advice and professionalism. My wife's Audi will be serviced here from now on. Highly recommended.
