I received a friendly welcome, and we discussed the details of the appointment. My car was brought in, and the mechanics got to work. I could wait, and after less than an hour, my car was ready.

I made an appointment online for a tire change at 8:45 a.m., but it's now 9:55 a.m. and my car still hasn't been serviced. What's the point of making an appointment if the time isn't honored early in the morning anyway?
