Happy with my new tires. Fast service and friendly people. Good price for the tires too. The only downside is that the tire pressure isn't balanced... see photo. It's a huge difference, and they're way overinflated. Hence, one star off.

The tire change went smoothly, with friendly staff. I didn't get a 5-star rating because the online payment wasn't processed, but it worked out in the end. All in all, very satisfied with the tire change!

Made an appointment online for one new tire. There was a large bulge on the old one. According to the schedule, it couldn't be done until after the weekend. That actually worked out badly, because the car was needed over the weekend. After a quick call, the tire would probably arrive the next day around 3 o'clock. Indeed, it arrived on time. I was able to come in almost immediately to have it mounted. Great, going that extra mile to satisfy a customer!
