Made an appointment, no one was there, the gate was closed, waited half an hour, called my mobile number, and they didn't answer or call me back. One star is still too many.

Personally, I don't recommend this garage. I ordered tires through Oponeo for the workshop because of the attractive replacement price. However, the first visit was unsuccessful. Due to the owner's delay (he was busy buying a house, which is understandable). I found two employees at the garage who didn't have a driver's license and couldn't start work without the owner, who had to personally get on the lift. According to the employee, they need two hours to replace a set of tires, which is 1.5 times longer than I've ever experienced before. However, I rescheduled the appointment for the next day. After arriving at the agreed-upon time, the owner informed me that we had to reschedule because he was busy and another car was on the lift. I took the tires and scheduled an appointment elsewhere. Unprofessional service, unlike anything I've encountered in the Netherlands.

We've already brought our car in twice, and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. We were kept well-informed about the status throughout the repairs! We also received honest advice, giving us the freedom to choose our own repair options, while in our experience, some garages simply make repairs without consulting us. All in all, E.S.M. Cars is our new go-to garage!
