Great help with our beautiful BMW X3 Xdrive 30e. Honest and spontaneous sellers who know their trade. The car was neatly polished and presented. Complete with all supplies as agreed, happy with it! I've had many problems with this company regarding the seller's warranty. I bought an expensive car with a history of damage, as it turned out. According to the seller, Roland, the car was damage-free. I trusted that. I didn't even check the car on the lift myself; Roland thought it wasn't necessary, and it turns out there's another damage underneath. Roland had already said the car wasn't damaged when I sold it. I had traded in a perfectly good car, but they often simply ignored me. Even Bovag couldn't do much; they only mediate. R and the company were angry about my review at the time. His mother told him not to call anymore. Well, a family business! They don't want to help anymore. It's all a sham. After the warranty period, they completely ignore you. All nice promises, but you constantly have to follow up. He didn't always keep his promises with Roland, and still doesn't. I'm left with €785 in damage and a terrible feeling. You didn't pay for that, did you? So, not all the damage has been resolved yet. There was still a €900 damage that hadn't been properly repaired, which was resolved, but the others weren't. Meanwhile, time has passed, and they claim the warranty period has expired, and Roland, with his sweet talk, is nowhere to be found. That's really disappointing. I'm still not satisfied with how the damage was handled, because I didn't trade in my car that way, and I paid enough for this new one. You don't want to buy a car this way, do you? I never saw those flowers, by the way. He also didn't honor the agreements to give me some explanation about the car. They're nice as long as nothing is wrong, but as soon as problems arise, they prefer to close the curtain or simply say, "They're sometimes rude, ignoring, and you should go to the disputes committee." They're quick to say that anyway. Bovag (the Dutch insurance company) only mediates but doesn't solve the problems. The company doesn't care about Bovag at all. All in all, it was a very difficult process and not handled properly. That's how I experienced it.

My mother bought this car from Esbé Auto's. From the very first contact, I had a good feeling about this garage. A very friendly and welcoming company without any forced sales pitches. Normally, you might have your doubts about that, but this was a positive change. A true family business that stands by its product. Simply the feeling. We took a test drive and, after negotiating a trade-in, immediately received an honest and sincere quote. The only minor issue was that the radio was experiencing significant interference during the test drive. We received the car after a week, and unfortunately, during the first weekend, it turned out that the radio was still interfering. We made an appointment, and the problem was resolved immediately. We can return after 5.5 months for a checkup before the 6-month Bovag warranty expires. Conclusion: A good company where you can confidently go for a reliable car.
