We recently purchased a BMW from Ekris, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The car was in mint condition, exactly as described, with no surprises or hidden issues, thanks in large part to James, the salesperson who assisted us. James was knowledgeable, friendly, very professional and genuinely invested in helping us find the right vehicle. He answered all our questions patiently, provided detailed information about the car's history and features, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. There was no pressure, just honest and transparent communication, which made all the difference and the fact that they took the time to ensure the car was in top shape before handing over the keys. We highly recommend Ekris to anyone in the market for a quality used BMW (or MINI) and a special shoutout to James. We'll definitely be returning for future purchases!

Came here because of an empty tire. To my surprise they advised me to change 4 tires. Decided to leave and go to another official BMW dealer where they advised to change only the 2 rear tires. Of course I was surprised and had to check my front tires myself too by moving them left and right and clearly plenty of depth in the profile left. Called Ekris Zeist to tell them this and although they apologised I can’t accept a mistake like this. Would cost me an 800 euros extra for completely acceptable front tires.

If you select Reinier Mudde from Sales Department - Ekris for buying MINI, then I bet you get good service for sure. He provides you wonderful suggestion, options and very committed with passion towards MINI. I very much recommend to all who want to drive away their MINI to home! Happy Motoring!!!

For years I've been using the services of Ekris Zeist and over and over they keep making mistakes with the invoices, trying to charge as much as possible. From bad diagnoses which I had to pay, to things disappearing from my car, to being given bad information I can tell this is not the service that a BMW car dealer should be providing. Will be looking somewhere from now on. Not professional at all.

I would never ever come to this place to buy a car. I cannot say about all of the sales people but that one who served me was by far hideous person who at first asked to arrange viewing in a week time and I agreed. For me it was 150 km trip to Zeist and back and when I got there he told me car was sold. I though he is joking and I travaled all this for nothing, he didn’t even appologoize. He started trembling and lying how he called. My money will not go to this place only bcos of that person.
