After a test drive on Saturday, we agreed to meet Monday morning to discuss what to do. So we called Monday morning, but the salesperson wasn't available. When we finally spoke to him that afternoon, we were told another test drive was scheduled that afternoon and that there was no room for negotiation unless the other interested parties didn't buy the car. Worst experience ever at a Mini dealership.

I had a few exchanges with Countrymans because I wasn't entirely satisfied with them. Eelco Bogaards never considered my complaints a problem and always sought a satisfactory solution. In the end, it turned out to be a beautiful Clubman, a lovely gray color, sporty wrap, and it drives fantastically. What a beautiful picture, or gift for myself, it turned out to be. All praise to Mini Dusseldorp and Eelco Bogaards. I can only say excellent service and knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly people! Thanks for everything!
