Service is something they don't know here. The first time my car was there, they didn't get around to it, so I had to reschedule and pick it up empty-handed. The second time, they did carry out the work, and I paid the invoice (€650). However, when I got home, I discovered the parking heater still wasn't working. I reported this to Willie and said I would get back to him later. A while later, I asked him if he could do a quick diagnosis if necessary, and then we could reschedule. He didn't have time, and the fact that I'd already paid wasn't a reason to rush things, so they simply said, "You'll just be at the back of the line." I understand that you can do something at a moment's notice, but this makes no sense: collect, don't deliver.

Amazing service, Willy is a honest an humble person doing what's best for you and your car. I got here for a sunroof replacement, while being declined by many other garages, Willy was the only one providing a quick and solid solution. I give him a solid 10/10
