Knowledgeable and service-oriented. The service was incredibly fast and professional, without any fuss. I went in for a diagnosis on Wednesday, dropped the car off on Thursday, and picked it up again on Friday. I was kept well-informed the entire time. The car shifts smoothly and trouble-free again.

The DSG was having problems and wouldn't always shift to 4th and higher gears. Analysis was performed: the DSG had a faulty bearing. The DSG was overhauled, and a very poorly functioning rubber bushing in the suspension was also discovered and replaced. Excellent service! Professional, friendly, helpful, good service, and certainly thorough!
