Be careful! You may not find available lift even if you make appointment in advance. Also, if you ask for bill, they charge VAT additionally. Completely nonsense.

I went there to change the oil in my car. Everything went fine, the employee was very patient – he helped me drive straight onto the lift (I tried a few times to get it perfectly). At the end, I also had trouble getting the car off the lift because it only lowered on the right side, but the employee helped me with that too. I had my own tools and a container for the used oil – I only needed the lift. I paid €30, but to be honest, I’m not entirely sure why 🤷♂️. It was €20 for using the lift (per hour), and €5 for the option to leave the used oil there, but I’m not going to argue over €5. One small minus: when I asked if the employee could help me place the pads under the sills, he just said “NO.”

They charge you extra for tools, for drained used oil and what is most funny VAT with cash payment. Never again. Better I will leave my car in the garage and pay to mechanics.

Because of their fault my 2 front tires were destroyed after a few thousand kilometres. They didn’t accept responsibility, even when another customer tried to explain it to them. I also verified by talking to other mechanics. Then they kept ignoring my texts afterwards and they also tried to charge me for a clutch change. I fixed the issue in 5 minutes on the side of the road myself, and an experienced mechanic couldn’t and thought i needed a new clutch? It looks to me they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I will stop going there because I can’t imagine what will happen if there is a more serious issue than 2 front tires and they refuse to take responsibility again. It would be 1 star but I gave 2 because initially they were helpful, until they made a mistake.

clean and neat. You can get in within 30 minutes without an appointment. The only drawback is that it is unclear how the price is formed and in the end it turned out to be more expensive than I expected. I paid, but for myself I decided that I will not go there again. The garage in Amsterdam is much better.
