Friendly welcome and communication, including via email, WhatsApp, and phone. After purchasing a Nissan, a minor issue arose that should have been covered by the warranty, but the service was so good that the seller would likely resolve it within two days. That's what I call service!

I saw a VW Polo 1.0 TSI automatic on his website. I was very interested, but we couldn't get in for a few days. No problem, he held it. We went over. Wow, what a great car!! Inside and out!!! It needed a minor service in 7,000 km. We agreed that he would take care of it for me. When we could pick it up the next day, it had had a major service. And it was desperately needed. He showed us spark plugs, oil filter, brake pads, etc. The major service was free. What great service and explanation! Thank you, honest, friendly man. P.S. I'm super happy with this comprehensive VW. Luckily, I only paid for it once, as there were other people who wanted this car.
