Such a great service at this place. Vehicle was very good. Easy to pick up - drop was self service. I booked a delivery van and due to unavailability they upgraded me to a bigger delivery van free of charge.

I’ve been a loyal Diks customer for years, renting cars twice a month, but the service has really declined lately. Cars are often worse than what I book, and sometimes I get petrol instead of electric without being told. Last time was terrible — I reserved a Peugeot weeks in advance, was sent to another branch, and after waiting and being ignored, they gave me an Opel instead, saying they didn’t need to honor my reservation. Wasted time, stress, and zero accountability. Very disappointing from a company I used to trust.

I booked a car with Diks Autoverhuur and received a confirmation, but despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I never received a response to my query regarding their policy: "Driving licenses older than 10 years are not accepted." In my country, the date of issue on a driving license remains fixed from the original issuance date, even after renewals. I repeatedly sought clarification to ensure my license would be accepted, but all my emails were ignored. Due to their lack of communication, I decided not to take the risk of arriving and being denied a car. I will be booking with another company that values customer inquiries and provides clear, timely responses.

It was a very smooth experience. We needed a van to move. It was easy to book. My questions were answered promptly. Thus, I didn't have any doubts. The vehicle was clean (almost new). Esmeralda was very helpful. Would definitely rent here again.
