Terrible experience. The electric charging port has been impossible to open since August 2025. The dealer didn't have time to fix it due to a busy schedule, and despite promises, they never contacted me. When the major service finally arrived in December, the port was still not fixed, and a new appointment had to be scheduled for the second half of January 2026. Absolutely ridiculous and very unfriendly to customers. So I haven't been able to use electric charging/driving since August.

Was here last time for car service of 30k and told them (lease car) that back right tire need to be changed as i had a big hole there! After service they said all is done okey today i chnage my tires from summer to winter in zaandam and they tell me that my back right tire due to change dus to bad condition i am very surprised as it was mentioned to Dekkergroup Purmerend! That how they take care of there clients priority was to change my wipers insteed of my tires 👍
