Highly recommended! Top-notch work and friendly, quick help. We had a flat tire and they helped us quickly and efficiently. They changed the wheel and included a set of lug nuts for the spare (steel rim). They even put the spare and tools away again, whereas I had just thrown everything in the trunk. So, another 5 stars! Purchased a new used car at Ford Dekker in Den Helder and took it home immediately. During the purchase, various agreements were made regarding delivery, including a pre-delivery inspection and repairs. All of these were fulfilled as agreed. Even 5 months after delivery, they replaced my battery free of charge because it was causing problems. My compliments to Roger and Michael! Thank you very much for the great service.

Our new Ford Kuga went in for its first oil change. Unfortunately, the Kuga broke down after we left after 20 km. It was towed for no apparent reason. Because I had appointments, the branch manager came to my aid and gave me his car. By the end of the day, the problem wasn't resolved, so the five of us left for a week's skiing holiday in the available car. After the cause was identified, we received a presentable replacement car. After the new Kuga was ready, we exchanged it again. Fortunately, it was under warranty. That's what I call service! Fantastic service.
