The workshop staff are friendly and do everything they can to resolve any issues. We're currently waiting for an update for the infotainment system; I'll hear more about that when it's available. I had problems with the windshield wipers, but they've been resolved, and I'm thrilled about that. Thanks, Walter.

Everything was done neatly and on time. Communication via WhatsApp about the maintenance status was perfect and pleasant.

Very well organized. I was kept informed while waiting. The app works well. The service from the counter clerk was also excellent. Clear explanations and assistance.

Everything was arranged by phone, except for picking up the new Dacia Bigster. Excellent service.

Bought a nice new Dacia, but the windshield wipers kept squeaking after they were replaced. During a service in March 2025 in Nieuwegein, I was treated rather grumpy by the gentleman behind the counter. He also told me the wipers were no longer under warranty. That's disappointing considering you bought a new car from Stam. To clarify after responding to a review: the wiper blades were scraping immediately after delivery. They still did after replacement under warranty. This is not due to normal wear and tear.
