Service is min geworden reden is dat ik 6,5 jaar 2018 sinds nieuwe Dacia Duster heb gereden Heb aan gegeven dat als ze de nieuwe Dacia Duster krijgen of gaan krijgen direct wou intekenen voor de nieuwe ik heb nog nooit een telefonische contact gehad van hun Paar keer door geven niks en dat waren 6,5 duren beurten jammer dat het zo loopt Dus na een fijne auto Duster Zijn we een ander merk gaan rijden Suzuki s cross ook nieuwe Dus dealer Dacia geen dank naar jullie service

Super fijne service bij de Dacia garage in Maastricht bij het uitzoeken van een nieuwe auto. Verkoper nam de tijd en dacht mee over mogelijkheden. Hoop mijn nieuwe Dacia nog dit jaar te krijgen en deze service te blijven ervaren, bevalt goed.

After having an oil service (15,000 km) done at Kia Hedin on May 17, 2024, (normal waiting time is a maximum of 1 hour), I had to wait 2.5 hours. When I inquired why the service was taking so long, they said everything was being thoroughly checked! Finally, when the car was finished, I asked for the invoice, but I couldn't get it because their system wasn't working. I was supposed to receive the invoice by email. Now, on October 2, 2024, I received the invoice in the mail, and to my surprise, it was €305.00!!! Normally between €100.00 and €150.00!!! See Google! I tried to call, but unfortunately, no one answered. So I called the central number in Sittard, and yes, they answered. I complained, but staff had been laid off and the IT system wasn't working properly, so the invoice took so long. Sorry, but there's nothing we can do about it, so that's my problem. I don't think it's what makes the person on the other end of the line start ranting and raving and then disconnect. Wow, that's not good service. Terrible. I won't invest another cent in this company. I was already not impressed with Janssen Kerres, but it's only gotten worse!

Zojuist geweest om te kijken naar de nieuwe Scenic. Kennelijk willen ze niet verkopen? - gevraagd aan personeel. Was kennelijk niet zijn afdeling dus helpt niet verder. - binnen langs gelopen naar KIA, personeel gedag gezegd, maar.. geen reactie .. geen benadering. - Te druk? Mag nooit een reden zijn. Jammer. Na 15 min vertrokken

We already knew that we wanted a dacia spring, however, Steffan answered all of our questions professionally with a smile which made the purchase process easy and enjoyable.
