Friendly and clear service, and very satisfied with my Dacia Sandero. Just went back to Dacia to program a second key... the key they provided turned out to be incorrect... it certainly happens, no problem. Made a new appointment on February 11th... got a loaner car that day... all on my own initiative... I didn't ask for it... excellent service and a satisfied customer... even though sometimes things don't go as planned (key).

I'm giving it 5 stars because the (major) repair was handled professionally and quickly. The warranty was also applied correctly. My only comment afterward is that I would have liked an overview of the repair covered by the warranty. This is a minor quibble that doesn't detract from the 5-star rating.

I'm extremely satisfied with my visit to the Renault dealership in Heerenveen. Gertjan de Haan was incredibly friendly and helpful, provided clear explanations, and took his time. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. Top-notch service from start to finish, highly recommended! 👍🏽
