I returned my car with a note from the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) stating that the timing chain needed replacing. I left it there for two weeks, and then was told they couldn't and wouldn't replace the timing belt on a 2016 Renault Clio. I took the keys back at the end of the day. I had the car towed the next day. It was very frustrating for something they could have reported immediately, and they kept me waiting for nothing.

They charge a lot of money but don't solve much. After paying twice for diagnostics/reading/removal for a non-working headlight, it turned out it still hadn't been repaired. After a phone call, I was able to bring the car back, but they charged me again for a diagnosis, and the headlight wasn't repaired. This, of course, wasn't paid for! Unfortunately, this company isn't a service-oriented company; they're mainly good at creating invoices.

I always feel confident bringing my BMW to Clubsport. The people who work there are not only incredibly friendly but also true experts. You can tell they understand BMWs inside and out and work on every car with passion. Repairs are carried out with precision and craftsmanship—no rushing, just thorough and meticulous work. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to leave their BMW in trusted hands!

I called the tuning department several times about my BMW. I received honest and professional advice and explanations about my current BMW. I followed this advice and opted for a different BMW (I'd already been considering it). Before purchasing the new BMW, I called the same person again. He took the time to check the chassis number of the potential new BMW in their system and ensured its history (maintenance, etc.) was up to par. Based on that, he also checked the specs of the new one and whether tuning was necessary. His advice was to hold off for now because it's already powerful enough. I then promised to give this review. That was the only thing I could do. What excellent service and customer friendliness. Unfortunately, that's hard to come by these days. I'll keep this company in mind for further information and any repairs, etc. Well done, Clubsport. Thanks!
