Bought several parts there... I also reserved a part because it was still on a car... I called a few hours beforehand because I was in the area for work and had a chance to pick it up without having to drive any further... it was ready and waiting when I got there fairly quickly... I can't fault it... if I need anything else, I'll definitely check their website! Items purchased included: floor mat set... right-hand mirror... corners for the mirrors and the right rear bumper corner.

I bought a headlight unit here, but my car was rejected because of that particular light. I came to complain, and they gave me an incredibly nonchalant response. Not even a "sorry" or "how annoying." I received a new unit, but the cost of removing the old one and installing the new (broken) one had already been incurred. It turned out to be the adjustment system. So I won't buy parts from here again. There's no guarantee that these parts meet the standards.
