Our car's MOT was quickly, thoroughly, and properly serviced. We give it our full marks for this. A tip: for older customers, it would be helpful if a regular bike were offered as a courtesy bike. The bike offered to me is far too small, and at our age, it takes too much energy to ride such a small bike.

The workshop is great, the service was excellent. The only problem is scheduling appointments. I left my phone number five times, but I never received a call back!

After purchasing the car, I needed a check of all systems. Everything went very well, quickly, and professionally. At the end of the diagnostic, they sent me a link describing what was checked and its condition. I think I'll be using this service in the future.

Even one star is too much! They don't solve the problems. When picking up the car from the public parking lot next to the building, your window is open. Tires were changed, rims weren't cleaned, and there was still grease on them. You do get a free car wash at the local car wash. But hey, it's not that much trouble to degrease your rims, right? Renewing your navigation subscription also doesn't work, despite an email offering renewals. Opel's own service is also terrible; they refer you to the dealer. And they can't solve it either. Great!

Scheduling an appointment by visiting Nefkens in Zeist went very smoothly, and the recall repair also went very smoothly and efficiently. Thank you all, everyone was very friendly and efficient.
