Went in today for a battery replacement and windshield wiper installation. Excellent job. Clear communication. Quick service and a friendly mechanic. Aoton was also washed. So, a big 10.

We are extremely satisfied with the service from Haaima Citroën in Emmeloord. We came to have our airbag replaced, and that was handled more than well. Everything was done neatly and professionally, and to our surprise, we even received a handy bag with a first aid kit, warning triangle, and other useful items for the road. That's truly thoughtful! We also received a neat loaner car so we could continue to keep our appointments. Very well organized. We think Citroën Netherlands could learn a thing or two from Haaima, because they really thought along with us and handled everything perfectly. Kudos to the team there! In short: at Haaima in Emmeloord, the customer truly comes first. Friendly people, good service, they think along with you, and they simply take care of everything. In our opinion: truly top-notch!
