As always, well organised

I went in for an MOT two months ago, and unfortunately, the service light is back on. So I called them politely and was asked if I could come by and have them take a look right away. The mechanic was very friendly and told me he was going to get the box to scan it and if I could wait outside. A woman named Marleen came out, completely angry at me, saying I shouldn't dictate how they operate. She yelled at me, which wasn't the case at all. I had to pay immediately because I had to drive inside. I told her, "Madam, it's a troubleshooting. I'm happy to pay if there's a problem, but not when I and three others have been your customers for two years or more." The way I was treated was a terrible experience. It's a good garage, but that woman shouldn't even be behind a cash register at Aldi. She's such a nasty person.

Very helpful when we had an orange engine warning light come on whilst driving home to the UK. Within an hour they had hooked it up to the diagnostic machine and we were back on the road. Thank you so much for your help guys!

The excellent client-oriented service of the staff in the showroom and garage gives a safe feeling. The most striking facet of this is their involvement with their clients.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service in the showroom and garage. And at the adjacent Total shop, they serve delicious freshly made sandwiches and are also staffed by friendly staff.
