One star is actually too many. I had the fenders, front bumper, and hood resprayed due to stone chips, and a year later there was already rust. Century/Schadenet didn't respond—nowhere to be found. Never again for me! And no, Marketing: Erik M is already aware of this, but emailed from his iPhone on April 15 at 11:39 PM: "But feel free to try another garage or dealership or another brand from now on; I'm sure we'll both be happier. You don't have to give us another chance; it's a waste of your energy. All the best!"

Worst service ever. I needed a damage report for an insurance matter. First of all the lady says she cannot help me, because I have a foreign license plate and "computer says, no". Then she starts saying that Century autogroup is in no way officially connected to Skoda and basically tells me to find some local repair service 'because they also can get original parts'.

Reparatie wel ok, maar aflevering slordig met probleem met de keyless entry en een los plastic onderdeel in de kofferbak. Gemeld, men zij dat het aan de batterij lag van de sleutel maar er zat een kabel los. Opgelost, maar moest daar wel voor terugkomen en dat is onhandig. Toevoeging: Lampje in de deur niet aangesloten, zelf maar verholpen. En afdekkapje accu lag los ergens onder de motorkap. Nu zijn er nog 2 sterren over . . .

On July 4th, I took my T Cross to Century Damage Center, as per my appointment. I requested a damage report be made of my car, as the other party was going to conduct a second assessment and they could go to court. Everything went wrong. I didn't receive any notification of the other party's assessment report, so I returned to Century, where they criticized me for my lack of communication. I again requested a damage report. This was done by an office employee from the office without having seen my car and presented me with a bill for almost 100 euros. I got the strange feeling that I wasn't being taken seriously at all. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional way things were handled at Century.

As good as you are at repairing damage, your customer service is just as bad. You can tell you have all the major leasing companies as customers, and the cars just flow to you. Because of my business, I've had to have several cars repaired by you, and almost always something goes wrong. I hope you lose the leasing companies as customers someday so you can learn to be a little more humble towards your customers.

Zeer slecht in zowel schadeherstel als ook onvriendelijke klantenservice! Tot 3x toe de schade niet goed gerepareerd, vervolgens de niet goed gerepareerde schade afschuiven als zijnde geen onderdeel uitmakend van de oorspronkelijke schade terwijl dit aantoonbaar wel het geval was. Enkel door extra service/inspanning van mijn verzekering is deze zaak gedeeltelijk financieel verzacht, als het aan de lieden van Century Schadeherstel had gelegen dan had Century Schadeherstel hun centen gedeclareerd en de klant met al zijn ellende laten zitten. Uiteindelijk de nog steeds niet goed gerepareerde schade door een ander laten herstellen. Zeer on-klantvriendelijke medewerkers en hebben geen feeling voor wat er netjes klantvriendelijk zou kunnen worden opgelost. Voor ons nooit meer bij schade naar dit waardeloze bedrijf!!

Very fast and professional! The staff was really nice and the mechanics were really good. The only complaint I had was the fact that the appointment was made 1 month from the time I called which is a really long time. But I get it since they were busy and didn't have any available spots. Overall, amazing experience, would recommend to anyone! PS: price was decent too 😁
