A Nightmare from Start to Finish – Avoid at All Costs My experience with CarTeam Veldelma has been absolutely appalling. Over the course of two years, I have endured horrific correspondence, unfulfilled promises, and multiple failed attempts to properly repair my Peugeot Boxer van. I made several flights from the UK, each time hoping for a resolution, only to be met with delays, excuses, and incomplete work. Despite their assurances, the underlying issues were never resolved, leaving me out-of-pocket and extremely frustrated. Communication was inconsistent at best and evasive at worst. There is a complete lack of accountability, and it’s clear that customers traveling from abroad are not treated with the care or urgency they deserve. This has been two years of wasted time, money, and energy, and I strongly advise anyone to avoid CarTeam Veldelma entirely. Their reputation for “expertise” is misleading — my experience has been the exact opposite.

They told me 80 euro to just put a plastic tool so that I disconnect the battery of my van when I leave it in parking.. then 450 euro invoice!!!! I seach then and it costed 15 euro with 20 minutes work!!!!! Totall Theives if you help me find another word for it I appreciate!!! Save yourself.. especially from Jerry a very bad dishonest person. They charged me finally 250 with no invoice!! I will keep on to report them to belasting soon.

Jerry and his team managed to debug and fix my MB Sprinter wiper electrical problem clean and professional, something that 2 other Mercedes Benz authorized dealers not only struggled but charged me for a something that was working and still couldn't fix it. I truly recommend this service, plus the ☕️ you get at the entrance says it all about the customer service.

Service!! Veldema deliver above and beyond. I can really recommend this shop to everyone that needs to get their car serviced. They even washed my car, so when I came in the afternoon to pick it up, it stood there shiny in the sun. I have never tried this before. Super cool!!!
