I’ve been to this garage multiple times with different cars that I’ve owned or still own. Everytime when I had a more serious problem they just did different reparations instead of what I ask. Had some oil leaking around the turbo and they bothered changing some cracked tubes (Had to be changed, but the main issue remained). In the beginning of my experience they were good but all they had to do is some oil changes and filter which can be done by every each of us at home.

I've contacted Autotrust several times now and received excellent assistance with my Skoda Kodiaq. Last time, my DSG mechatronics malfunctioned. I was immediately honest about their lack of expertise and materials. They then performed a diagnosis and contacted Autotrust to direct me to the right garage. I contacted them later to confirm that Autotrust had helped me well. I really appreciate that!

My Volvo's sensors malfunctioned. Broken wires and a faulty module. They replaced them, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. I brought the car in again, and thanks to the new module, it could be read again. It turned out to be a faulty sensor. Everything was promptly replaced and tested. This last malfunction was repaired, including parts, free of charge, as a kind of guarantee. Fantastic gesture and excellent service. I know where I'll be having my car serviced from now on: Garage de Bruijn 👍👍👍

I had a problem with my car, which had a warranty with Autotrust. This garage was affiliated with Autotrust and had an opening right away, which I thought was great. I went there, the staff were friendly, but they told me this was my first time using Autotrust, so they didn't really know anything about it, which was great. They also have a lot of older Volvos. They didn't know anything about hybrids, let alone BMWs. That's when I got scared and went to another garage. I think if you have an old, basic car, it's fine, but otherwise, don't bother. The scan cost €20, but it didn't help. You'd be better off buying an OBD reader for €20.

Heel slechte ervaring met hun. Weten geen moer!! Doen een diagnose met een uurtarief van 85 Euro. Voert een reparatie van 2 dagen, vervolgens is het probleem nog steeds niet verholpen. Inmiddels factureren ze al hun kosten door circa 800 Euro. Mevrouw geeft simpelweg aan dat ze het probleem niet kunnen oplossen. Als je weet dat je iets niet kan fixen, zeg het gewoon!!! Stelletje amateurs. Ga nooit in zee met hun!!!

Because my two front brake discs were worn, I wanted to have them replaced at Garage de Bruijn. Upon arrival, we agreed on a price of around €300. On the way to the garage, I also noticed that my orange engine light started flashing on the dashboard. I asked the garage to check my bike and call me if they found anything. Three days later, the garage called me. I was told that the brake discs had been replaced and that the garage had also done some work on my bike. They told me that there was a lot wrong with my bike and that it was essential that the garage take action. The woman on the phone politely tried to tell me that the cost had also gone up slightly, from €300 to €800. I replied that I hadn't authorized this modification and wouldn't pay €800. They put my old parts back in. I picked up my car and finally paid the agreed-upon €300. A week later, I went to another garage, which people in my area say is reliable. This garage told me my bike was perfectly fine and found it very strange that Garage de Bruijn had told me otherwise. I'm a young girl, and I have a feeling this garage thought: "They don't know anything about this (which is partly true, haha), let's cash in." I won't be going back to this garage, which is a shame!
