I'd previously had a repair done at this garage, where I was promised a one-year warranty. This year, my car developed the exact same problem. When I went back, they said it was a different issue and charged €80, but later told me that just an oil change would be enough. After the oil change, the problem wasn't resolved at all. Then they suddenly said it was a wiring issue and raised the price to €185, without clearly explaining the labor and parts costs. I decided not to have it repaired, but was still charged €58 for "investigation fees," even though they hadn't disclosed this beforehand. I only had €50 in cash, but didn't receive an invoice because I supposedly hadn't paid the full amount. Not providing an invoice is illegal, and the attitude was also unfriendly. After that, I went to another mechanic. They immediately found the problem (an engine wiring harness), I bought a cable myself for €42, and the mechanic only charged €20 for labor. In total, I spent €62, and the problem was completely resolved. My experience with this garage: • Prices are unclear and constantly change; • They didn't solve the problem, but they did charge; • No invoice received despite payment; • The warranty wasn't honored. I recommend being cautious with this garage. I'm glad I didn't have further repairs done there, otherwise I might have unnecessarily paid hundreds of euros.
