What a bunch of scammers! We bought a car from them from the lowest price. Turns out the air conditioning wasn't working. We reported it within a month and sent several registered letters, but they didn't respond. Real crooks with no service. Perhaps if you have a lot of money, you'd be welcome to come in for service.

Topgasten hier. Ben voor een BMW geweest die hier te koop stond. Keurig geholpen, en geen gladde verkoperspraatjes maar gewoon ''straight to the point''. Ze hebben overigens ook echt een enorm assortiment aan auto's staan.

The vehicle was offered for sale without any mention of prior damage. The advertisement made no mention of accident damage – yet a professional inspection revealed repaired damage estimated at €20,000–€30,000. Such damage is absolutely relevant and must be disclosed. However, when I complained, I was told that selling a wrecked car was "no problem" in the Netherlands and that it was "my problem." I have rarely experienced such a disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. Furthermore, the phone call was aggressive, and there was even an attempt to record the conversation without my consent – which is illegal in the EU. Transparency, integrity, and customer protection are completely lacking here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealer in any way.

Netjes te woord gestaan. auto stond klaar om proef te rijden. netjes uitgelegd en uiteindelijk de auto aangeschaft met inruil van andere auto. Wordt volgende week afgeleverd na apk keurring. Alvast bedankt.

Do NOT recommend! I came with the intent to buy a car after messaging and phoning them for a week. I was treated as if I were a child and this ended up making me confused as if I had not followed proper procedures on buying a car.. I asked to test drive but he said it's not allowed without approved financing. This makes no sense as how do you know if you want to buy a car without having test driven it before? I ended up test driving the car after an aggressive conversation (which I had to constantly de-escalate) , and said I enjoyed it and will call them back on Monday once I have approval for a loan. He instantly got aggressive and started scolding me, again as if I were a child. As I walked away from shock from this "car salesman", he shouted "even if your loan is approved I won't sell you this car!" 🤣 Again, do NOT recommend if you plan to test drive a car without an approved loan - as this seemed to have been the biggest issue. If this man was not treating me this way I would have bought the car. NOT recommended!
