"I'm posting this complaint because I asked CarProf Hemcar to take my complaint seriously and to receive a more serious response than their previous responses. They were given over a month to respond. So far, no response. I feel compelled to make this known 😞 I'm seriously disappointed with CarProf Hemcar Leiden – I was treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. I went to CarProf Hemcar Leiden to report a malfunction of my Mercedes' windshield wipers. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. I spoke with an employee named Martijn twice on the phone beforehand, but I wasn't informed that having the car scanned would cost €72. Only when I was at the garage was this amount unexpectedly charged. When I asked for proof of payment, he initially refused to provide it, which isn't correct. Only after a colleague intervened did he find out it was possible. Furthermore, the way my daughter and I were treated felt condescending, intimidating, and disrespectful. His attitude and approach were clearly different towards us than towards other customers. We both wear headscarves, and we strongly felt we were treated differently because of it. That should never happen, especially not in a professional environment. Finally, I was pressured to immediately agree to a €675 repair, otherwise I would have to pay the €72. The communication was curt and forceful, and I felt like I wasn't being given a fair choice. A colleague of his even indicated that his behavior was unacceptable, which speaks volumes. This experience has deeply disappointed me. I hope CarProf Netherlands takes this seriously and that no one else has to go through this."

"On my way to Hemcar, I received a low tire pressure alert in my own car. While I was in the showroom, they checked my car and discovered a nail in the rear tire. Against all expectations, Hemcar repaired my tire immediately by plugging it. I didn't have to pay anything either. What exceptionally excellent service, top-notch!"
