Good service and skilled staff. I can afford a star in the windshield; it was repaired quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

The person who helped us was great. But you had to make an appointment online, so dropping by 50 minutes before closing time wasn't possible. The computer program doesn't allow this. So the person is willing, but the computer isn't. In short, you can earn some money, but it costs the boss money.

I was able to get it done sooner than planned, so I got a call asking if it could be done sooner. Very helpful! The window was replaced and fits perfectly. Friendly service, so absolutely nothing to complain about.

And suddenly, a chip in my car window. I called and was able to go to Bolsward the next day. The woman on the phone suggested replacing my windshield wipers as well, as they were recommended, as they can cause scratches. I asked in Bolsward if it was really necessary. He showed me what was happening, and indeed, a curved scratch across my window. So I replaced it. I was done within half an hour. Thanks, Carglass.
