I recently bought an Audi A5 from CarBox. There were a few minor issues, but they were resolved efficiently and without any hassle before the purchase was finalized. That speaks volumes to me — CarBox stands for service, and that's why I can wholeheartedly recommend them. I do want to mention this: I saw a review that completely contradicts my experience, and frankly, it doesn't reflect the impression the other reviews paint either. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but a review should be honest and not a place to vent personal conflicts. These kinds of messages can unnecessarily harm businesses, and no one should want that. Google, this could use some more scrutiny. Constructive criticism is welcome, but slander or settling claims belong elsewhere. GOOGLE, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!!!
