Unfortunately, my car was refused a re-inspection at the MOT center, simply because I didn't have the repairs done there. I consider this undue pressure on customers to have the repairs done at the same garage. This practice is unprofessional and lacks transparency. I hope that the competent authorities in the Netherlands, such as the RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority), will monitor these practices.

Overall good experience. I bought a car from there and it had some problems which we could not discover what was it. At the end I replaced the car with another one. I used to go there for car repairs and they were always very nice and honest. Improvement point would be sticking to the appointment schedule and be a bit faster.
