Here's my experience with the Volvo garage in Goes. On September 1st, I went to the garage for information about my Volvo 240, an older model. I asked what could be causing it to sometimes not start. The cause could be the distribution box with rotor, spark plug cables (which had been replaced), the fuel pump, etc., and I explained everything. So, you'd think I had enough information, but after asking the mechanic, they couldn't diagnose it. They couldn't even tell me where the fuel pump was located or what the cause might be. And when I asked another mechanic for more information, I was told that both mechanics were on vacation, which was complete nonsense. I really don't understand why you come to the Volvo garage with an old Volvo and they have no idea what to look for. So I called the ANWB (Dutch Automobile Association) to diagnose it, which concluded that the fuel relay could be the problem. I had it repaired at a garage that wasn't a Volvo, and the problem was solved. So, I think you mechanics are just untrained in repairing new models, relying solely on a computer connection to determine the problem, without even thinking creatively. Sorry, but I don't consider this a mechanic. I hope this helps you. If not, that's a real shame. Sincerely, Ger, who is a true Volvo enthusiast, hence my love for a genuine Volvo, namely the 240-245.

I highly recommend avoiding this Volvo dealer. They do not keep their word. Formal written confirmation of the order (issued by them) means nothing for them. I tried to buy one particular used Volvo from automotions for more than 14 days and ultimately after a few calls & emails I have been informed it has just been sold to someone else.
