I usually don’t write reviews, but I want to give credit where it’s due. As an expat with little understanding of the local culture, the team at BS Autobedrijf Rijswijk really helped me through the process. I bought a BMW 330 xDrive in great condition, exactly as described, and they handled everything professionally and without pressure. Truly a trustworthy garage that I can recommend.

Terrible company that doesn't keep their word! I saw an ad about a car of interest to me, wrote to the seller and we agreed that the seller would leave this car for me for 14 days, because I did not have enough full amount to buy a car. The next week I came to them from Groningen to inspect Auto, I liked the car and we agreed with the seller that I would come for the car, we would go to the Garage to check the car, register it with RDW on Fri 28.07.23. On the same day, I paid the cost of inspecting a car in the Garage 168 euro, took a day off from work. When it came time to pick up the car, I informed the seller in advance that I would arrive tomorrow, but the seller said that the car WAS SOLD ON THE SAME DAY when I arrived at their office, despite our agreements! As a result, I wasted money on traveling from Groningen to Ridgeswick and paying for the Inspection in an independent garage. I strongly advise against contacting them! How exactly everything happened, I outlined above and this is the side of the buyer and not the side that is interested in selling their goods as quickly as possible. In the correspondence on 12.07.23, I explained to you the situation with the amount I lacked for the purchase and you said that I would hold this car until 26.07.23 (14 days) if they had not said this, I would have looked for a car elsewhere. When I arrived to you 22.07.23 after Test Drive a car, we agreed that on 28.07.23 I buy a car after checking, at the end of our conversation I asked you about a deposit, you said no need. I did not buy a mobile phone from you, but an expensive car for me with money for which I collected much more than you spent on the buyer when making a deal! And it was not 3 hours as you were cunning, but up to 2 hours of time. As you told me that day that it’s forbidden for me to take the car to the garage for a check on my own, and on that day when I called the garage with you to check the car, I was refused because I need to sign up for a car check 2-3 days in advance, if that day I would be able to check the car and everything was fine with it, then I bought this car and everyone would be happy. I'm not ready to buy a Cat in a Bag for a lot of money! Successful sales and no more quick buyers.

I went to try a car, I asked if the car was from Nederlands, their answer was yes but later I did a keteken check and the car came originally from Germany. I decided not to buy the car because there where too many strange details that I didn't like.
