I bought a car from this car dealership 3 weeks ago. I purchased a warranty from an external warranty/insurance company. 3 weeks after the date of purchase, the car turned out to have defects. At another garage, it turned out there were significant problems with the timing belt. The insurance company does not cover these costs because it allegedly involves a chain instead of a belt. (Very poor from Autotrust) I called Mr. Bruinsma and explained this to him. He was very helpful and offered to pay the costs without any resistance. I can only say that he is a very decent man and that he stands up for his customers. (Repair costs were 840 euros)
