Service could be better; shouting across the waiting room at your customers that their brakes are broken or that your maintenance is going to be so expensive isn't exactly customer-friendly. You should calmly tell your customers something like that, not shout it across the room. And better communication between the technicians and reception is also desirable. The reception desk gives you an invoice and doesn't explain what was done or what it includes. I also find it striking that they know in advance what your repair will cost.

Appointment for a tire change. Tires not there! The appointment had already been rescheduled because the tires weren't there then either! That was a bummer. Third time's the charm. Today the winter tires were put on my T-Roc. After an hour of waiting, I was on my way again – with a neatly washed car. Keep up the good work, ladies and gentlemen of Broekhuis.
