It's remarkable that three diagnoses (whether correct or not) were needed before the problem was resolved. Based on those (two incorrect diagnoses), some rather expensive work was carried out, which didn't solve the problem. After the last one, the problem was resolved. It's a shame they didn't offer to adjust the invoice as a gesture of goodwill. Communication wasn't great either. After my phone call requesting information, I was called back by someone who knew nothing about the history of the work. This experience was a real shame, because I had been satisfied with this garage up until then. Incidentally, it wasn't a Seat, but a Skoda, but the email I received from Broekhuis-Skoda asking me to write a review points to a Seat.

Very satisfied with Broekhuis. I recently bought a new car, which was handled very well by salesman Dustin Hofman. In short, a top-notch company.

I found the salesperson a bit cold and distant. After 11 days, the car was at the Broekhuis dealership in Haarlem with cooling system problems, and I hadn't heard anything from Alkmaar. I eventually had a good conversation with the salesperson, who apologized (promised to schedule more time for the delivery), and Broekhuis Alkmaar subsequently resolved the issues neatly under warranty. I really appreciate a bit of customer service!
