I made an appointment to view a Skoda Fabia estate car. We knew it would take us almost two hours from Friesland. (We'd even agreed on a price.) The only thing left was a test drive. On my way to the appointment, already driving on the Alkmaar ring road, I got a call saying the car had already been sold. Ridiculous, we'd even agreed on a price. So, remember that when you make an appointment, don't expect it to be honored.

Although advertised as an "approved used car," this later in the process turned out not to be the case. Furthermore, the delivery package for a one-year-old car wasn't optional. When we handed over the keys, it turned out the car hadn't been thoroughly inspected at all, despite paying extra for the delivery package. There weren't even any floor mats in the car, the unpainted area that was supposed to be touched up hadn't been touched up, and several other things weren't as agreed. When we reported this, we were told the floor mats and a touch-up pen would be sent. After several reminders, we received the floor mats. To date (more than six months later), we haven't received the pen or any other response. We submitted a polite email/complaint in December, and again in January, but unfortunately without any result. So, my advice: clearly investigate everything and don't leave until you have everything in hand, because you won't get a response via email. Understandable, of course, but I expected better from a company that presents itself as a brand dealer. Fortunately, we own a nice car and we are still looking for a good company for maintenance :)

Everything went smooth with my purchase. - test drive was scheduled quickly at a comfortable time - Cis was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and transparent, answered all the questions and guided the process well - other staff were friendly and helpful too - the car was serviced and ready on the agreed date
