We were interested in a new Ford Puma ST-Line and wanted to trade in our 10-year-old Renault Captur. We were doing some research with various Ford dealerships. Unfortunately, Ford NL changed their price list during this period. The Fantastic Red color suddenly became €1000 more expensive, and the reversing camera also suddenly cost €250 extra. Nevertheless, we made an appointment at Broekhuis Hilversum to get a quote for the Puma, even if it was in Electric Yellow, which was also nice. By chance, I saw a red Puma ST-Line as a stock/demo model on Autotrack.nl, also at Broekhuis in Hilversum. I sent a message through this car website to say we might be interested in this stock car. That same evening, I received a message saying this was no problem at all. The red Puma was ready for a test drive with very few kilometers on the odometer. Upon our return, Damian clearly explained the various options: ordering a new one or buying the stock car. This included delivery time, the bottom line price, and financing. He also had an excellent trade-in offer ready for our Renault. After a good night's sleep, we chose the beautiful red stock Puma. Damian arranged everything efficiently and kept in touch online. After returning the contract, I remembered that we actually wanted wheel bolts for the beautiful rims. Damian, on behalf of Ford Broekhuis Hilversum, neatly resolved this. We'll soon hear when the car will be delivered 🤩🤩🤩 So far, we've had a great experience, and hopefully it will continue that way.
