I went to the repair shop for two minor damages, and the repairs were supposed to take two days. After inquiring via email and again via the website whether the car would be ready on the agreed date and time, I was told that not everything had been delivered, so it would take another week. A week later, at 4:25 PM, I called again because the website indicated the car would be ready at 5 PM, but I AGAIN received nothing from Broekhuis. Now the excuse is that a part had been delivered defective and that they couldn't say when the car would be ready. The experience is mainly negative because you constantly have to call for an update yourself, as you receive absolutely no information from the company. 3-2-26 After filing a complaint on Google, the company called me to apologize and to say that things hadn't gone as smoothly as they should have. It was a good conversation, and the car was delivered neatly cleaned. Rating changed from 1 star to 3.

Due to a minor collision, the rear fender/bumper had detached from the bodywork and didn't look good. There was no paint damage. The mechanic said the problem would be resolved quickly. He suggested, "Have a cup of coffee and we'll fix it." After 15 minutes, he came to me and said, "The car is back at your disposal." I asked, "What are the costs?" His answer was, "It's a minor inconvenience." There are no costs involved. That's what I call service. Kudos! Thank you, Broekhuizen.

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with Garage Broekhuis in Zaandam. When my car sustained significant damage just before leaving on vacation, I called the garage hoping for help. Unfortunately, I received no help. The employee on the phone told me they didn't have time for emergency jobs and said they wouldn't have an opening until the end of March. When I asked what I should do next, she was rude and didn't offer any solutions. Then I called a different garage. What a difference! They immediately asked if everything was okay, were friendly, and thought of solutions. I was allowed to bring the car in right away, even though they said they weren't sure how long it would take. This service and tone are a stark contrast to my previous experience with the woman at Garage Broekhuis. Perhaps the woman here could learn a thing or two from them.

I rented a car via snappcar. Someone made a scratch on the car and these guys repaired it. It was a minor scratch - 2-3cm, and they charged 685e to repair it.
