Previously I gave 5 stars for the delivery, but now I changed to 1 star for their after sale support. I had very bad after sale experience. Even though my car is still under warranty they were not willing to fix the issues which I reported during the test drive. They just ignored my issues as features of the car. I left the car with them for a month, but without fixing anything they just returned the car. They even stopped responding to my emails long back.

Very professional, great experience as a buyer. They know how to build a relationship and make sure the customer is satisfied. Great communication throughout the sales process and a very nice unexpected surprise at the end. Even if you don't want an Audi yet, just go to these guys!

Very bad experience. I have an Audi Q8 new and i went in this Audi to control the oil because i had low level. Service very bad they give a liter of oil without check anything and without help me to add oil. I am come back in Italy and I discovered the they gave me not the right oil. Very incompetent
