During an appointment to replace my windshield wipers, the friendly receptionist decided to update my Audi app online without asking. Besides the fact that she has access to my Audi app, updating it without asking is unfriendly. The result was that I had to log in again in the car, all the radio settings were gone, paired phones were deleted, and so on. Both the app and the MMI work far from flawlessly, so pairing, etc., takes several attempts. Setting favorites is a particularly cumbersome process. It's because this is the only dealership in the area, but next time I'll drive a bit further. Yet another example of poor service, not only with my private car but now also with my lease car.

I bring my car(Audi A3) to this representation,because it is in warranty and I have some issues with.From the step in, I feel I’m on the right place. I meet Eric.He was just the right person.He solved my problems with the car(more and better I was expecting).Always keep me with updates. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Broekhuis Alkmaar. In particular, Jelle helped me configure the car by explaining every detail.
