"Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, I recently learned that it was possible to leave a review. I would have liked to do this sooner, but I didn't have the opportunity then. Years ago, I went to the gentleman for an MOT (periodic vehicle inspection) for €40 by appointment. Note: the car was in excellent condition (which he also claims). He charged €250. This is, of course, inappropriate. It's also inappropriate that he slandered/gossiped about his fellow colleagues/car companies. A message to everyone: do your research first; don't rush into a company like a headless chicken to replace something or perform an MOT. Reviews mean nothing if they're written by his own circle of friends. My review is independent. He will try to justify this, but don't pay much attention to it. The point is that people will unintentionally pay and just accept whatever a company claims. Do your research! First, check your car's condition and find a company through your own circle of friends that won't charge fees not intended for your car (extra income on paper). I hope this information is sufficient."

"Here, you're truly valued as a customer. Employees know their stuff, and your vehicle will be professionally maintained and inspected. Prices are very reasonable according to the Bovag standard. If there's time in this busy garage, they'll do everything they can to help you as best as possible."

"Until last year, my car was serviced by a "brand dealer" who excelled at one thing: performing simple repairs and maintenance at exorbitant prices. The maintenance prices at Autobedrijf Alert are considerably lower (about half), while the craftsmanship is superior. 5 stars isn't enough for the best garage in Rotterdam."

"Deze meneer is niet goedkoop mensen hij is opzoek naar slachtoffers voor easy money. TRAP HIER NIET IN. Je auto heeft APK nodig bv en je komt het bij hem zetten zo gaat hij dan te werk: Hij lokt je eerst in met zijn praatjes en APK kost bij hem €40 en je zegt van te voren dat je auto helemaal in orde is (jij weet dit ook zeker) het APK is alleen bijna verlopen en je wilt alleen APK doen dan zegt hij “laat je auto maar staan” of “ik ga straks ernaar kijken, geef me je sleutels maar” NIET DOEN! dan kom je morgen terug is zogenaamd meer stuk dan je denkt...je moet dan opeens €300-500 betalen. Is mij overkomen! Als dit jullie ook overkomt gelijk melden bij Bovag website onder klachten en zijn bedrijf kiezen “autobedrijf alert!” En ga zo verder... of meld het elders. Let op deze meneer bedriegt je van alle kanten wees op je hoede als je een nieuwe onervaren autobestuurder bent maar ook als je ervaren bestuurder bent. WAAR JE OOK VOOR KOMT (reparatie enz.) DOE HET NIET BIJ HEM MAAR ELDERS. Geef het ook door aan vrienden en dergelijke zodat zij hier ook van weten en hem een rating kan geven en klacht kan indienen bij Bovag......."

"A small garage where all brands are welcome. Owner Aad has been working as a mechanic for decades and has definitely earned his stripes. He's very serious. Not too expensive, not too cheap either. But extremely reliable. I'd recommend it, but if I did, I'd have to wait longer for my repairs and maintenance... because a visit to this garage ensures you'll keep coming back for maintenance and repairs."
