I'm very surprised to read the positive reviews about this company. Of course, I could just have been incredibly unlucky. I drove all the way from Rotterdam to this self-proclaimed "Tesla specialist." Diagnosing the car boiled down to consulting the Tesla MCU service menu. A total of €342 was spent, including an alignment and a whopping two hours of diagnostics. I'm horrified when I watch the recording of how they performed the diagnosis, how much time they spent, and what they charged. Ultimately, they wrote down my complaints on a work order, which didn't add any value. I tried to contact a manager, but it wasn't possible. They read messages but didn't respond. I'm going to file an official complaint. July 16 Update: Thanks in part to this review, the garage called me back. Before posting the review, I was told that not being called by a manager wouldn't happen. The garage owner explained that it was a busy day, and they refunded €82. The alignment cost them a lot of extra time, so they didn't reach the advertised price of €79. In total, I spent €260. An alignment at Tesla itself is €180.

Significant loss of power on my 530D. A BMW dealer updated the software, scanned it, and tested it, and it was approved. The car was missing 50 hp when measured elsewhere. After consulting several companies (each with a different analysis), I found Pieter online. After a good phone conversation, I drove by. I had to think about it for a bit. The business premises are a bit remote and not very presentable. A good conversation with Pieter gave me a reliable impression; someone who was definitely willing to investigate and not just "sit on the computer." I brought it in on Monday, and as agreed, a diagnosis and quote were made Monday afternoon. I accepted, and on Tuesday it was neatly finished, and... full power was restored. Cause: The entire air intake system was full of soot (carbon buildup). Work: replaced the intake manifold, turbo pressure sensor, and lambda probe. Cleaned the intakes using walnut blasting. The personal contact with Pieter and his explanation of the problem was also very helpful. I understand he and his brother are in the process of moving to a new business premises. That should also take care of the representation. Highly recommended!
