I wanted to change two tires, but they said they would only change the ones I bought from them and wouldn't fit tires I bought elsewhere. They even sent me a promotional card, which I brought to them. Unfortunately, I'm going to look for another garage.

I left my old garage because I wasn't satisfied. I've been with this garage for a few years now and I'm very satisfied. Friendly staff, good scheduling, and a fair price for good service.

Everyone understands that communication is one of the key aspects of any job, especially in business. We spent almost a month looking for a car and often decided not to go for a viewing simply because the seller on the other end of the phone felt unfriendly. Then I made another call to yet another seller, and an unexpectedly pleasant encounter with Jos changed everything. We arranged a meeting at a specific time on Saturday. Jos welcomed us, showed us the prepared car, and quickly and easily organized a test drive. After the test drive, he answered all our questions and noted the remarks about the car, which we really liked. We took a couple of days to think, but just half an hour later, we found ourselves back in the showroom, and that was definitely thanks to Jos! A week later, we came to pick up the car and were pleasantly surprised because Jos personally handled the final wash. I probably surprised everyone as well when I asked to inspect the car from underneath on a lift (the car is still under the manufacturer’s warranty). Afterward, we went to RDW, returned, and finally, the new keys were in our hands! Thank you, Jos, for the warm atmosphere, delicious coffee, and thoughtful small gifts that subtly highlight your business skills. P.S. and another important point for any service is cleanliness and order in the workplace. I also saw all this in the service boxes. This is also one of the important components of a successful business. Clients notice everything and usually draw conclusions silently.
