We arrived with our campervan on Friday at noon with an electrical problem. The problem was diagnosed immediately. After a thorough check, a faulty alternator was found. A new one was ordered, and the installation was scheduled for Wednesday at 9:00 AM. We were on our way home at 11:00 AM on Wednesday. The bill was fair. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great, I needed a part for my (almost) vintage campervan, the guy was super friendly and sociable, and the part wasn't expensive either! Next time I have a campervan issue, I'll come to you!

All brands are served. From the counter to the final mechanic, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They know what customer service is all about. They also offer reasonable prices and good agreements. If you have a Fiat or Alfa Romeo, they definitely couldn't be better at key handling.

My experience with Jelle Talsma Heerenveen is as follows: I bought a car for my wife in 2022 from a private Fiat Idea with 118,000 km on the clock. Upon purchase, the gearshift robot was overhauled at the aforementioned garage due to a leak, and everything went smoothly. In September of this year, I had a major service done, which was a disappointment. I was politely called and told the repair would cost around €1800. A considerable amount, but my wife likes the car, so I agreed. The garage then called again and the amount was €2568 because they needed a new steering column (they had already diagnosed it, after all). It was nothing, but I agreed. I picked up the car after being told over the phone that it was ready. I paid the invoice (I couldn't pay it at home), and upon getting in, a yellow error message was displayed on the dashboard, which you wouldn't expect after such a repair. I returned to the counter, took the car back to the garage, and the problem was resolved. Assuming a new MOT had also been performed, this turned out not to be the case. We had to make another appointment, and after that, of course, we received another €90 MOT bill (isn't it customer-friendly?). When we picked up the car, another yellow warning light came on, so we had to go back to the counter. They scanned the system, and it turned out the oil pressure sensor was faulty. We ordered a part, and on December 8th, we received a call to confirm it had arrived. We made an appointment, and on December 27th, we took the car back to the garage. The estimated repair time was a maximum of 20 minutes, as the diagnosis had already been made, right? The car was ready, and we received a bill of €98.47. And guess what, the largest expense was €48.51, and you guessed it, "system scanned due to an error message/malfunction," even though the system had already been scanned when the orange warning light was discovered after we picked up the car for the MOT inspection. In conclusion, my opinion: this garage is not customer-friendly and thinks in its own interest instead of the customer. In the future, car maintenance will be carried out at my garage, where honesty and openness are central.
