It's unbelievable that people think this is a good garage. I came in for a problem with the spark plugs. They said they were screwed in too tightly and needed a specialist to come in and remove them. What they forgot to tell me was that they actually broke off the spark plug and glued it back together to make it look like the next guy's problem. They also ran a diagnostic test that I never asked for and then claimed my injectors were broken too and needed to be fixed, which they weren't. On top of that, they forgot to screw back certain cover parts, which I had to find days later. They must have noticed extra parts in their garage, but they never called to inform me. This level of extreme dishonesty is systemic, and I would advise staying far away from this garage. Edit: In response to the owner's message below, my response is short and in Dutch. This is indeed a real message from a real customer, and his response makes it clear that the owner is even more dishonest than I thought, because they can easily look up my name in the system. I went there for a glow plug error on the display. After an analysis, they said all the glow plugs were faulty and needed to be replaced. They also took a measurement—which I hadn't requested—and that the injectors were also faulty and needed to be replaced. I took my van there to have this done, and at the end of the day, they called to say the spark plugs were too tight, that they hadn't succeeded, and that a specialist company would have to come and drill everything out. So, double the cost. I doubted this, so I got a second opinion, and the next garage indicated that the glow plug near cylinder 4 had broken off and was glued back on. Furthermore, there's nothing wrong with the injectors, and the other three glow plugs are perfectly fine. I can't come to any other conclusion than that everything is being bottlenecked. If they really do everything in-house, they also lied to me about having to call a specialist company to drill out the glow plug they broke off. This confirms everything I've said, as there's no response to this. I would definitely stay far away from this company.

Due to warranty issues, I went to another company to diagnose the malfunctioning start/stop system and the clutch. I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM and picked it up again at 10:00 AM. The receptionist stated that the battery was defective, causing the start/stop system to not work. There was also a message in the instrument panel that the battery was weak. Well, we'd never seen that message before, and we still haven't! There's only a symbol that lights up when the start/stop system is activated. So, the light works, but nothing happens, and there's no message about the low battery. I asked how weak the battery was, but he couldn't tell me, which is nonsense, because with any battery test, you can simply print out the results and determine whether the battery needs to be recharged, is defective, or needs to be replaced. So, either they didn't test the battery, or it's fine, and it is fine because it starts right away, even at 0 degrees Celsius and after three weeks of standing still. The solution was to replace the battery, but he didn't know the price; he had to find out when I picked up the car. I think it's a software issue, but they didn't even scan the car for any existing faults, so they didn't diagnose it properly. I'll probably fix the clutch problem somewhere else, because I don't trust them. They prefer to keep their hands off the issue to maintain a good relationship with the warranty provider, so they don't end up with the costs. And indeed, as someone else mentioned, you don't feel welcome there at all!
