SLK Purchase & Maintenance. I bought an SLK from Dave last year and took it in for service for the first time yesterday, so it's time for a review. Both were great experiences, I must say. Dave is a pleasant and transparent way to do business when buying. All agreements were fulfilled, and I had quite a few requests last year. You can easily schedule a workshop appointment through the website and indicate any additional work if necessary. You receive an email confirmation and a phone reminder for your appointment. I received a call the morning after bringing it in regarding the total cost, agreed upon it, and at the end of the day I was able to pick up the Benz as agreed. I also received the invoice digitally immediately, so everything was taken care of and I have no complaints.

Worst car service I ever met. If you want to get some information or status of your request - you need to call every day, even so, the process could take months because they don't care. If they say that they call you back - forget about it, you will wait until you call yourself. If they say that they take some action on their side or they need to request information from 3th party company - they wont, you will call after some time and they will say that it was misunderstanding on their side and they will do it right now (spoiler: they will not do it. You will call to 3th party company yourself) However, the lady I spoke a couple of times she is friendly and polite. She is nice.
